"Our furnace stopped working Sunday night the week of 2022 New Year. It didnâ t take a few seconds after I submitted a request on Angie that I received a call from them. Their prompt response was a pleasant surprise and Jeff dropped by to check the furnace. He made it to work temporarily and ordered a new inducer to replace the following morning. In the meantime, he also left us with some portable electric heaters to keep the family warm. Jeff examined inside the furnace and was about to install the new inducer the following morning that he discovered cracks inside the heat exchange. After further examination it was decided not only to replace the furnace but also the unit that sits on top of the furnace and connects to AC unit outside. Decided that water heater needed to go as well. He and his brother Chuck worked tirelessly, replaced all units, installed new pipes and ducts, and turned the beast into a beauty.
