I was reluctant to replace just the 30 year old AC and leave it pumped with the blower attached to the 20 year old furnace. Was now the time to replace both? (we did shop and their prices were betterâ but more importantly I knew i could trust them) The job was expertly done, timely, neat and complete. Even after the install Dean went out of his way to explain and address questions on the specifics of the unit and my questions even re exhaust fan and a dehumidifier that were in the attic space near the blower. "I am so very happy I went with Belle Air. We have an older house built in 1924 no attic space but we have a basement. The HVAC was installed in the basement and we have floor vents. They also removed a wall unit and patched it up. A little bit of asbestos that was removed as well. Kenny gave us a fair estimate and a great timeline. "We just experienced the worst leaking weâ ve had in years. We always get a handyman to come and fix it. Every year it gets worse and worse but who wants to pay for a new roof when you think you cam just fix it every year. Enough was enough, it was 2AM and our leak was so bad it tripped the electrical circuit as it was leaking in our bedroom from two ceiling through the recess lighting. Adam was the only emergency service and answered his guys came with the new QuickTime covered entire roof and came back to take off the tarp. After everything was dry Adam gave us a quick analysis and got to the job straight away. We have replaced the leaking section and happy to say we shall experience no more leaking."
