Sunny is a great character and only wants to make your vision come true. He refaced my 40 yr old faux stone fireplace and made it look modern and up to date. They managed to get in all done in 5 days, which is a huge plus. If you need masonry work hire him! He knows what he is doing!

Sunny came out the same day to inspect and quote. Two days later they were at the house removing old mortar and putting in new mortar. Took picture since I wasn't there. Very happy and thankful!

Sunny is an excellent â owner-operatorâ contractor. He comes himself to look at your project to quote it instead of sending an assistant. They tore out my 50+ year-old wood wall and installed a new 130 foot Allan block retaining wall (exceeding the Calstone specs) that is perfectly straight and beautiful. They also installed a second cinderblock wall behind it for a new fence to be built on top of it because my neighborhood is in a hilly terraced area. His crew kept the work areas clean and safe. Sunny may not be the lowest quote, but he was well worth it. He went beyond my expectations to make sure my questions were answered and I got what I wanted. Iâ ll definitely use his services again in the future.

Fast work always on the and on budget

Sunny was great to work with. Bid was great, work started on time and they finished within 4 days of the estimated time. The backyard and driveway were completely transformed from what had been incremental work by a lot of amateurs to an integrates space that I'm loving more each day.

The stacked stone on the exterior of our home was installed incorrectly several years ago, and one large section of stone fell off the house. I contacted several companies, and Sunny was the only person who answered his phone, came out to our home to quote the job, explained in detail how the repair would be done, and followed-up with us a couple of days after he submitted his quote to see if we had any questions. He completed my fireplace stone remodel on time and on-budget. I was so impressed with my initial experience that I hired him back 2 weeks later to complete a much larger project that included remodeling my entire living room in stone (including another fireplace). Sunny Tubman is a unique talent. Not only is Sunny professional and personable as others have said, Sunny is himself talented as a stone cutter, a craft he learned in Ireland. You will love his life story and his accent. You will even more love the work that Sunny and his crew perform. My project was over 1650 square feet of 24 by 24 inch pavers after demolition of two 60 yard concrete patios. Very heavy and difficult work. Couldn't be more satisfied with the result.

Sunny Tubman (the owner) was the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is courteous and very intelligent. He helped us make decisions during the quote process to save us money. We asked for a specific start date and he made it happen. His crew of workers were friendly and on time everyday, they cleaned up at the end of each day. They worked hard, I was amazed at what they accomplished everyday. Sunny stopped by everyday to check progress and answer questions. I was able to reach him when I called which was really nice. He went out of his way to find the materials we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends. They finished our job a week earlier than the planned date. My wife and I are really pleased with the outcome.
