Larry did a beautiful job on our new deck. His work ethic and his and his team's (Danny) craftsmanship went beyond what I could have asked for! He said the job would be completed in 10 days, and it was. He quoted a more than reasonable price and stuck to that price. Larry is the real deal! If I could give him 10 out of 10 stars, I would!! Hire Thornhill Construction, you will not be disappointed!!

Larry did a great job and we had very good collaboration throughout the entire project. He listed to want I wanted and my ideas and solved a few ugly problems along the way that we didn't anticipate (it was a rebuild and he had to deal with unforeseen structural issues) without nickel and diming me for everything that popped up, and changes along the way I requested. The price was very reasonable, and the project was completed faster than I thought. And the deck looks fantastic, Great guy and friendly crew, my wife and I had lunch with them every day!

Larry was very professional. He came out and viewed our project and was able to give us a ballpark figure on the spot. He bid the project and the time it would take to build. He was spot on for both. What we really loved about the job was the quality of work. We added a ramp on the side for future wheelchair access . Larry and his guys constructed it perfectly. From where the ramp began on the pavement to where it ended at the deck, it was smooth. The whole deck is beautiful. We are delighted with Larry and his team's work. We would recommend them to others without reservation.

Because we are on a hillside, the deck reconstruction was fairly complicated but the finished product turned out great ! Larry and crew were all business. They removed and installed a new attic ladder that was fairly complex, and the old ladder had to be removed prior to installing the new one. He upgraded the ladder , and still cosmetically made it look good, and like it had been there. Very dependable, and got the job done in almost exactly the estimated time. He and his crew answered all questions professionally. We would recommend him for any work that he said he could get done.

Friendly and extremely competent in their work. I had an idea of want I wanted and Larry designed it better than I dreamed. The team found dry rot when they removed the old deck . They cleaned out the area, replaced a beam and fixed the siding on the house before completing the deck. They delivered on time and cleaned up nicely when they were done.
