We hired Shane and his company and paid $15,000 about 5 months ago and another $5,000 over 2 months ago for a large electrical upgrade to a mixed use building. Shane was initially professional and responsive, but as time went on, he kept fabricating problems of why he couldn't start the job. Five months later, he has still not started the job and has not even delivered the materials for the job. He has gradually become less communicative to the point of being non responsive now, so that we have to pursue legal action. Do you want to take a chance that your job will get done in the time and budget promised? Or do you want the risk that Shane will take your money, continuously fabricate lies and excuses of why he can't start the job, until you are left with no choice but to hire a lawyer to try to get your money back? Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation and go with someone else.

Shane presents very nicely. He sounds courteus and professional. However, Shane asked to be paid in full for a significant commercial job of $20,000 and has repeatedly not communicated when he said he would, made all kinds of excuses, and has delayed the start date of my job unreasonably for over a month. I am at the point of exploring litigation, because Shane continues to prioritize other a job where he has collected full payment and substantial sum of money. I am wondering whether he has spent my money on other jobs and doesn't have the money to buy the needed materials. I would save yourself a headache and go with someone else. I you do hire this company, definitely only give a minimum deposit or else they will not be in any rush to do your work.

Shane did an excellent job, quickly and neatly. Called same day said he would be here the following day. A Friday. Called mid day, apologized, could not make it until Monday. Happens. Once on site he knocked it out. May hire him to do some commercial work for my company.

I am very happy with the work Shane did to add power outlets to my home office. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking for an electrian. I even plan to schedule him again in the fall to add some outlets outside for holiday lighting.
