There was water coming into our basement from a crack in the wall. Alex sent Eddie to do the repair. He was prompt, professional and did outstanding work. Also, he did a thorough cleanup. We would definitely call them again with any water problems in our basement.

They did a great job

Alex is dishonest he gave me a price and when his worker came out he told me I need additional work done. along with damaging my wall & ripping out the2x4 per my contractor that did not need to be remove.. waste their product on my floor and did not clean. Do not find company professional. I should have went with Permaseal a more reliable company.

They came right away and finished their work in good time.

We had several firms out to provide a quote. Alex knew exactly what we needed and understood our basement. We have an over 100 year old house that originally had a crawl space that was dug out. Out of the four firms we had out, Alex was the most knowledgeable, perhaps because he actually does the work whereas a couple of the other firms send out salespeople. Seepageseal was honest and didn't try to convince us to do work we didn't need, and they were very reasonable with their price. They completed the work quickly, were always professional and communicated the work they were doing. We will use them again for outside work we want to have done.

I had 4 estimates and I went with Seepage Seal. They were honest, and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. Their work was very good. They fixed the cracks in my foundation and cemented my crawlspace. I am very happy with the work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You for your great work. Val, Alex, and Eddy were all very professional and easy to work with.
