Shower Installation and Replacement
Contractors broke my exhaust vent fan and toilet! There was no replacement given. Got tossed around from one person to another to get any answers. Vinyl flooring looks bad. Shower looks cheap. The price was too expensive for the lack of quality. Should have read the reviews. A disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

Shower Installation and Replacement
The Installers Daniel and Fabian did a Fantastic Job with Installing a Walk in shower and also our half Bath. We were very pleased with their work, they cleaned up Immaculately after themselves. We could not be happier with our Bathrooms. So glad we went with Premier Pro for the work, would recommend them.

No good morning for your lousy job, the bathroom is leaking again. I need my money back and you come to fix this issue because the water is leaking down my office and ruining my flooring only after only less than 2 month from the date you replace my bathroom No thanks

My husband & I have been researching a tub to shower conversion for almost 2 years. We wanted American made & a family owned business. We talked to a number of companies. The estimates were extreme for the poor quality of materials. We were frustrated not knowing who to trust or being upsold or steered away from our vision of our bathroom. Our hard work paid off when we were connected to Alison Hawks and Eric with Premier Home Pros. Alison is their Sr. Design Consultant and Mktg. Mgr. Eric was meticulous at the prep work & measurements needed for our estimate from Alison. We had someone who listened, got to know us, followed what we wanted, met our timetable & most importantly... understood our budget. Alison & I clicked right away. She showed me samples of everything with suggestions for the style I was going for. They did not waste our time, the process moved along swiftly, professionally, never pressured. I know they will both be there for us during the process with the whole team.

The work was done sort of it the craftmanship was not good, the quality was not good. They left the place very dirty. Just pretty bad overall.

Premier Home Pros remodeled the wet area of my main bath that included installing both a shower and tub. And I have to say I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Their professionalism is second to none!! They were very tidy and did a wonderful job with the clean up; and hold true to their word and completed the project in one day; just amazing!! They even spent time trying to unclog a slow leak that I had even before they came out. I am in the process of booking them for a second project to be completed before the year end. Thyou Premier Home Pro as I could not be more pleased with the final outcome; as well as your excellent customer service! I must add that Alison and the management team also worked with me to get the cost of the project to a number that was affordable for me as well!! I have received so many compliments on my new bathroom remodel which Alison and I sat down together and created.

Andres was the absolute best man for my job. He spent time going over each step, and was more than patient with me as I moved through the replacement of my tub, new floor, and drywall. I would request his services any time!!

My mother and I hired them to do a custom shower install and ada toilet. We understood that they had to demo the jet tub and tile walls down to the studs to get measurements for the walls and floor. They called to schedule it a month later then no show. We called to see what was up. They said they would look into it and call back and then no call back. We called back and said we wanted to cancel as the communication and time frame to do the work was unprofessional. It's Saturday today so I don't expect to hear from them until Monday. If not, I will call them again, I hope we don't have an issue getting our refund as I will write another bad review and contact our bank or a lawyer.

I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. Bathtub Installation and Replacement
Toilet leaked from 3 places. It was installed wrong. Faucet in tub is 1.5 out of center of the tub. They put 3 holes in my walls, now I have to repaint my bathroom and stairway going up stairs. edges of tub surround is 1/4" out making its edges looking jagged. Waste of $10,500. Stay away from them. They use outside contractors and you never know who is going to show up. I hope the plumbing does not leak behind the tub surround. It's to only thing left.

I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work
