Really happy with the work! He showed up quickly, fixed the problem right away, and did a great job. Super professional, easy to talk to, and the price was very reasonable. I’d definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Casey and his team were contacted to fix our roof and were quick to respond, fair in price (not the lowest but not the highest) and were very pleasant to work with. His communication was excellent and he and his team were always on time or early, were professional and did solid work. They fixed the roof and we had them come back a week or so later to do the gutters around the house. Last thing that I feel is extremely important…they took before pics and provided a comprehensive consultation and then he provided after pics explaining again what they did. They also cleaned up after the job was done. They respected our property. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Casey from General Roofing was great, from the initial call to my roof repair. He arrived on sight within 30 minutes of our call, did an inspection of what I needed, and gave me a fair quote. Repaired my roof quickly and did such a great and seamless job that you can’t even tell which area needed it. I would definitely recommend and will call them if I have any future needs.

Did a great job and fast

Casey called right away and arrived promptly to give me an estimate. I liked his professional manner and he impressed me as someone as trustworthy. He inspected my roof and took pictures and found a few other things that needed repair. He explained everything in detail and I knew exactly what I was getting and what he was going to do. The job was finished within a couple hours and he showed me pictures of the completed work. Highly recommended.

The price quoted was very high, but I paid it to get it done. The leak has continued each time it rains. They came out again and wanted to charge me again for the same issue. They then said they would fix it, but it still leaks.

Casey did an excellent job. We are very pleased with his work. He answered all our questions and concerns. He also provided suggestions for our future roofing concerns. We will use Casey with General Roofing in the future.

Excellent customer service. We had a leaking roof, I got a call back from Casey right away and he was out there same day. He fixed the issue. Unfortunately there were more leaks as the week progressed and he returned several times, free of charge to ensure the problem was resolved. Casey has stayed in touch frequently to ensure all is well. Highly recommend!

Had leaking due to roof damage. Casey said they found the problem and quoted a price with "guaranteed" satisfaction. The price seemed high for the work, but the guarantee made it better. After making the repairs the leak remained, and when Casey came back out suddenly there was "another" issue that they didn't notice before. The charge for this "new" issue was almost as much as the original fee..so the guarantee didn't mean shit! Had other contractors/surveyors inspect the roof, and all said that the work was shotty and done incorrectly.This contractor is a con that over charges and under delivers. DO NOT waste your time or money with these people. Your bank account and stress levels will both take a hit!

I contacted several contractors for price estimates. I live out of state, so i needed someone I felt I could trust. Casey responded promptly. He was not only very courteous and respectful, he was clearly knowledgeable. He communicated with me at every level regarding the repair and timing. And the price was very reasonable. I will be contacting him in the future for other repairs as they are needed. I found Casey to be completely trustworthy and honest. It was a blessing and a pleasure to speak and do business with him. From the initial call back (over the holiday weekend) to Casey coming out on the actual holiday, General Roofing has proven their genuine interest in helping their clients. I had some water leakage due to missing shingles and couldn't afford a complete roof, and even the service call that day was a stretch. Casey agreed to fix my flashing and replace felt and shingles with surplus materials for the price I could afford. I'm anxiously awaiting a quote on the entire roof replacement, as well as extending it over my front porch. General Roofing has earned my business, and I can't wait to work with them again!
