Jon and his crew just completed our new deck. We originally got an estimate to just replace the floor on our old deck, and Jon was much more reasonable than my other estimates. When they tore up the old floor, we found that the old deck, that was here when we bought the house, wasn’t up to code and had some other structural issues that would have made it not practical to repair (these were legitimate issues, Jon wasn’t just trying to upsell us). He gave us an estimate to tear out the old deck and replace it that were honestly not much more than the estimate to replace the floor from other contractors. We had some issues with getting materials, and the weather was pretty bad this spring, so it took a little longer than we would have liked, but that wasn’t Jon’s fault. But it was worth the wait. These guys do good work, they are meticulous, and you could drive a truck on this thing. I highly recommend Fox Renovations, and I’m sure we’ll use them again.

Needed repair of aging deck. They pointed out that the old deck was far worse than I thought. They were very particular to do the work correctly. Deck looks great and is a very stable elevated deck.

Fox Renovations has done 2 major projects for me. He replaced my deck with a screened in back porch and he has installed flooring throughout my house. I am very pleased with his work. He keeps me informed with the work schedule. And I think his prices are fair.

John did a great job installing an exterior door we rescued from an old law office. He had to clean up a previous contractor's sloppy work and custom built a new door frame and threshold for the door. He also installed a new screen door for us as well. He was easy to work with, and the communication was always timely and accurate. He did a great job! I will definitely use his services in the future should I need more home remodeling work done.

The cost was a little high but they did get right in touch with me and did the job fast and efficiently

I used this company Fox Renovations to install doors, new flooring in bathroom and bedroom of my rental. They also did some work on drywall and other items, but let me tell you, they were very unprofessional and used my kitchen table and chairs to cut on. My table was scratched up and ruined from saw work and one of the chairs was cut by the saw. On top of it the floating flooring they installed is not laid correctly and coming up everywhere. Doors installed are not hung correctly and are a safety hazard. John the owner tried to wiggle out of all of the problems with excuses or passing the blame off on me or saying its not covered etc. I wouldnt trust this company if I had to do it all over again. I wish I knew then what I know now about John and Fox Renovations. I lost a lot of money using them. Dont make the same mistake I did! I have photos too.

I am extremely satisfied with the work I had done from Fox Renovations. Jon and his crew were both professional and efficient. I had a full porch railing installation project completed and it only took them two days. Jon was extremely responsive to all communication and was thorough in providing documentation of my quote and sales receipts. I look forward to reconnecting with him soon for another project I need completed at my home.

Jon Fox and his crew are the best. Jon came and evaluated the job, told us what he would do, came back and did exactly what he said. They did an excellent job. Jon took enough time to allow for thorough drying and finishing, was mindful of our time frame and went above and beyond to get the job done and done well! Great people doing great work! We asked that the overhang be scraped where needed, was not done, old paint is still flaking in several places. The owner won t have it scraped and repainted now since it has already been painted. Several places were not painted, missed painting an entire window. There is paint on flowers, in the grass, patio, porch, items on patio and porch, the worst is paint on the brick, stone, gutters and metal windows, am told paint cannot be removed, paint on vent covers, covers should have been removed before painting then put back up. Did not paint inside edges of any windows. An employee who has worked there for 2 months was sent to do the job without any supervision.

The floor in my home was damaged by a water leak. Jon and his associate replaced the floor. The floor is very solid now and I am very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Fox Renovations and will call them again for future work.
