They did really good and for a good price

The contractor replaced my sewer line using the pipe burst method. Nathan provided a detailed proposal that included alternate procedures that could reduce costs. He provided quality work and took time to answer my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Excellent work, Nathan and crew did a great job, trenchless replacement of 60 feet of 2 sewer line under our asphalt driveway. Excellent price for the job too.

Timely professional and knowledgeable great price

I can’t say enough good things about Nathaniel and Kyle at Duke’s Trenchless Sewer and Drain. Nathaniel instantly/expertly diagnosed why my drains were clogging, something other plumbers hadn’t been able to do b/c I couldn’t find my sewer clean out. Two different plumbers sent by my home warranty company failed to find it and asked for $8000+ to install one. Nathaniel then found it and excavated it, and replaced it with a new one. He also replaced my aging sewer line and later installed two brand new toilets, all for less than those first two plumbers wanted to charge me just to install a clean out. I couldn’t afford the whole project but Nathaniel gave me the option of paying in installments. They also have financing, which I was easily approved for. After installing the sewer line, Nathaniel and Kyle restored my lawn and restacked the stone patio they had to disassemble to get to it. They even installed our bidet and hose attachments from our old toilets onto our new ones, and fixed a cutoff that wasn’t closing while they were there. They’re honest, professional, and basically just really good people. Without a doubt, I would use their services again next time I’m in need.

Nathan gave me a fair price for emergency- replacing my sewer line and installing a cleanout. Job was done quickly. They even restacked the stone patio correctly and replaced the grass at the other end of the yard so you can’t even tell they’d ever dug two deep holes. Very friendly too. Highly recommended.
