I reached out to Jonathan at Beacon because my bay window started leaking due to ice dams. He responded right away and showed up the next day. After his Forman shoveled and put down ice melt, the leaking stopped after an hour. They also inspected the roof to make sure no shingles were damaged. He assured me that they would put down more ice melt if it continued. I am very happy with Beacon and won’t hesitate to reach out to them again!

This team is absolutely amazing. They were out there within an hour of my call. The cleanup was absolutely amazing. They did our roof they did the porch. They did everything. I can’t recommend enough. You need to take care of your home in this team is here and ready whether your roofing needs or just to remove the snow and ice. Beacon Property Services came highly recommended from a close friend and colleague for some renovations and repairs we needed at our home in Brentwood, NH.
