Promised a 4-day completion, stopped showing up after 1 month. Tried to sneak in subpar materials and have refused to comply with refund agreement. Rich will not return texts or voice mails, gave him two months to do so. All smooth talk and breached the contract on several points, which he admits.

The only knock against them is the tech who did the gutter around one of my windows left a whole bunch of little pieces of cut aluminum. The only reason I found them was when I was weed eating, a piece flew at my leg, and I saw all the other pieces.
