Logan, My technician had to return after installing a circuit breaker, scrubber & self cleaning plumbing line. I couldn't get the thermostat to run on fan mode (which was recommended by his superior). Within 10 minutes (after checking everything, mutual discussion and Logan... quickly figuring it out)..... Everything is running as should. This young man is a true professional. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He is an example of top notch customer service. He explains everything and makes sure I know what he's doing and for my own knowledge. I'm glad my home is in his "district". He is an asset to AllGood!

Technician failed to diagnose the problem with my ac compressor. Tried to tell me the abnormal noise was ?normal ? operation. Unacceptable to me and we escalated problem to manufacturer technician who diagnosed it as failed motor bearing. Now I?m faced with an estimated $1700 repair bill for a 3 year old unit still on factory warranty! Unacceptable service from a company called ?Allgood?. This is not all good!
