"Hi Jim, This repair was completed on 07/03/2017 and this particular technician is no longer employed by Aire Serv. I am sorry you feel you were over charged. I did notice the technician rushed through your job which I partially understand being the day before the 4th of July. I can assure you that with the travel involved to get a fully stocked service vehicle to your home with a licensed service technician the day before the 4th of July, we did not get rich on your call. We had 2 hours of time involved in your call without dravel back to or shop. I paid my technician 3 hours to make this repair due to heavy traffic. The repair cost included travel, diagnostic, parts and labor to do the repair. It also included a 2 year warranty on the capacitor including parts and labor. I am sorry the technician did not show you how to save 15% off the call with an Aire Serv advantage plan and I am also sorry he did not perform a complete system check as he was supposed to do as part of the repair. If I was rude to you, I do apologize for that and normally we will at least offer you the member pricing for the repair which would save you a few dollars or we also have a coupon on our web site for $40.00 off any repair which I am going to be sending to you. I must have been in a bad mood this day? :) Thanks for giving us this feedback on your service."
