We want to add to our earlier review. Carnhill Construction has been our go to for the past 6 years. They have dealt with a stone deck that kept leaking refuse down the facade, painted our entire house inside and out more than once, had our wood floors sanded and refinished, repaired cracks and leaks in the siding of the house, repaired a balcony. They have been very creative and innovative in coming up with fixes. As we stated earlier they are professional, reliable, consistent and their communication is immediate. We rely on them to deal with any house repair we need. They are a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them highly to anyone needing any house repairs whether a small or extensive project.

They are absolutely fantastic. Efficient, very professional. Excellent follow through and communication, the work is highest quality, good cost containment. Miceal managed everything including getting our floors refinished. They managed everything while we were away including moving furniture. We have total trust in them. We highly recommend Carnhill Construction. There is no one better.

Real pros. Attention to detail. Clear communcation. The commitment to prepping the work area so nothing was damaged to the daily clean up was the best. Living through a remodel/repair can be hard, but Brian and team do all possible to ensure the project is completed with the least disruption possible.

Great bathrooms (2) remodel including changing a tub to a shower, all new cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and floor to ceiling Porcelanosa large tiles. I would highly recommend Brian and his team.

Carnhill replaced my leaking old brick front stairs with updated tile. Not only is the appearance much better, but most importantly, there is no more leak. Great workmanship and very reliable in showing up when promised. I’ve had this same company do a bathroom remodel and will definitely hire again for my next project.

The project was flawless. My bathroom is exactly what I had in mind. The tile is more creative than what I would have chosen without their input. The job was done in an efficient, timely way with a neat cleanup each day. I am very happy with everything done.

Brian and his team did a great job remodeling my bathrooms (2). They completely gutted the rooms and installed new tile, vanity, tubs, showers and toilets. They were thoughtful about details and respectful of my home. Moreover the new bathrooms look great. I can recommend Brian for bathroom remodel projects.

This is the third time I hired these guys , to repair my exterior siding and dry rot replacement in my rental property in San Francisco, another top notch job , Can’t say enough about this team , Miceal and Brian are always onsite every day , for hours making sure everything is going too plan , so glad I found these contractors after so many years of disappointment with previous contractors , these guys are very dedicated. As I said my 3rd big project with them , and I can honestly say , they be many more.

We hired this company to do a full Retrofit at are San Francisco 3 story building , They where excellent to work with , showed up Every day on time and delivered, Cleaned up the jobsite well every day . Finished the project on time , Brian and Miceal , are true professionals, keep me in the loop with the schedule Daly , Carnhill construction are top professionals, highly recommend them too all my friends and family, great value.

These guys , done a great job , they updated are old chorky kitchen , and made it look beautiful. Brian and Miceal , and there crew where very easy to work with , clean tidy , and up front with the progress, every day . Would hire this company again , Carnhill Construction, are fantastic.

Brian and his team completed a multi-room tile job in my house in the Sunset. The tile has held up well for the past few years! His team was on time and completed the job as promised!
